Payment
Prices change as more kits of a certain item are ordered. Payment total will be sent via email once the GB pricing changes close or GB ends. Payment is required within 2 days. 
 
Once all payment is received, money is transferred into a single account, converted to crypto to sent to vendor. 
 
Preferred method is Zelle or USDT, as this is where the money will be wired from to the vendor. Paypal and CashApp will also be available options and will only be accepted as Gift/Friends & Family. Payments sent as Goods & Services will be refunded immediately.
 
Testing
When an item reaches 50 kits, I will include free Jano testing on that item. Vials to be tested will be selected randomnly, and it may be your vial that gets tested. You can choose to donate the vial or I can refund the amonunt for the cost of 1 of your vials. Tracking information and results will be shared.
 
Vendor Guarantee
Vendor does not have a free reship guarantee policy. He does offer 50% to reship items that have been seized or lost. If you really need individual shipping, you agree to cover 25% to have your items reshipped (to me or your address again). I will cover the other 25%. Items that come to me directly and are seized or on hold, I will cover that 50% to have reshipped. Please keep in mind that these types of events mean there will be delays in delivery, but in the end, everyone will be getting the items that were requested.
 
Shipping
PLEASE MAKE SURE MAILING ADDRESS IS 100% CORRECT. 
Dora will not be responsible for incorrect addresses entered.  
Two shipping options will be available. Direct Shipping from vendor ($40) and Reship from me ($15). Reship usually takes longer when order has a lot of variety. Select Reship when purchasing half kits. 
 
Delivery
Estimated delivery time from vendor is 7-12 days (per parcel sent). All parcels are not sent out at the same time. Due to the nature of the business, there's a need to have extra precautions in order to prevent/avoid shipping problems. You will receive a tracking number to your email once it has been received from the vendor. If you haven't gotten your tracking number, then it hasn't been prepared for shipping. Don't rely on this for your next dose if you're running low.
 
Order Confitmation
Make sure you receive an email from TimelessTrove or PNH once you place your order. If you don't receive an email, then your email is incorrect, the order wasn't placed or it was sent to junk. It is important to receive this, as you will get your tracking number there. 
 
Payment Confirmation
Email will be sent at the end of the first and second day only. Please do not message to ask if payment has been received. On the last day, only those that haven't sent payment will be contacted. If you don't receive that email, then you are marked as paid.
